Is there really such thing as a sexual peak when you hit at a certain age? I have been pretty promiscuous since I was about 19 years old and I am now 32 years old and my sex drive becomes higher and higher every year. Is this normal?
I always hear men complain that their women do not like to have sex and within a group of my friends, there are only two of us that have high sex drives. Can someone clear the air about this subject?

I went thru the same thing and I went looking else where I felt guilty but in the end I felt like I had to do it. I got over the flings on the side and my lack of interest in the sex made him more interested. And that other comment on how maybe its become a pressure thing with pleasing you rather than intimacy? I was told that by my boyfriend whose libido dropped for me and so after leaving him alone about sex and him coming around I tried making sure I really pleased him like going down on him and not even wanting it in return so he felt like it was all about him, guys can be so much more sensitive than girls sometimes its funny.

I'm 20 and my boyfriend is 21 and although close in age, our sex drives couldnt be further apart. We've been together for 3 years and it used to turn him on that i always wanted it, now we constantly argue because i still want it just as much as i used to and he doesnt..we've both cheated but always go back to each other. i think i may just be with him for the steady sex..

I have the issue of having an extremely high sex drive, while my husband on the other hand has a very low libido. We are both 23 and have been together for 5 years. It has actually caused arguments in the past. To me it is simply frusterating. Though recently he has done a little better at meeting me half way.

I agree with susanc above. I think it is completely a hormonal issue and it depends on the age too. There is nothing like normal or abnormal until you are feeling healthy and face no problem.

I am happy in my relationship and have sex about once a week. But I keep finding myself wanting other men to just come up and start at it. I have never chaeted, and don't intend to, but the want is getting higher. Is there something wrong with me or anything i can do? Yes I have a higher sex drive then my guy. I'm 25.

What ever you do... don't cheat. You'd be better off to end the relationship before cheating and if you don't want to end the relationship than for sure don't cheat. ... but you know what high sex drive is a blessing, learn the art of pleasing yourself... it's better than you might think! 2-3 times a week pleasing yourself and once with a bf sounds like a pretty fun way to go.

i have a high sex drive i enjoy it but find that when i start sleeping with a man and ask for it more they dont like it. I'm 27 and i dont want to sleep around, i wait before i have sex but the men i go out with seem to presume i'm a whore because i enjoy myself! it really bugs me

OMG WOMAN! I GET THIS TOO! I try my best to wait to sleep with a man and all that waiting makes me horny and if I really like them I want to have sex as much as possible they start accusing me of being a player or a cheater or someone who fucks everyone because I want more sex! Seems like the more I initiate it the less they want it!! so fucking anoying!

I am in the same boat!! I am 27 and my sex drive is high! I have 4 lovers who I rotate...I always use condoms and have been sleepin with all of them a while....some I don't see often..others I do......either way I am still wanting more sex!! I was always in a long term relationship...from15 till 25 I got sex all the time from my ex. Now my sex drive is so high that I have to masterbate like 3 to 6 times a day if I don't have sex. Idk what's wrong with me..its gettin worse and worse
