How to get pregnant while facing irregular periods?

Hi i wanted to ask that im trying to get pregnant and i got married 7 months back im 22 years old and i have been having delayed periods since 4 months after 50 days or sometimes after 21 days.. this time its different i had my last perids on 17th of july and then on 9,10,11,12 of august i experienced very light spotting bt no periods then again on 26,27,28,29 i experienced the same spotting extremely light but no sign of periods. Im confused what is happening? I had the ultrasound done nothing is wrong with me neither am i pregnant
