I take tepid showers and baths and use expensive moisturizers but have these constantly in every season. I have these on my arms, legs, chest.
I dont think its dry skin.
I also have hard melia bumps on my face but if I use moisturizers on my face it gets worse and wont go away no matter what. The dr. used CO2 and burned them which then dryed them up so i could scrape them off. So, I have been using retinol from my dermatologist but he not much interested in the itchy white pimples.
please help I am a mess

TT, did the dermatologist give you a diagnosis? Have you had a biopsy to identify exactly what these skin lesions are? There are some autoimmune skin illnesses that cause rashes like that. One example is lichen planus, http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000867.htm, which can drive you nuts for a couple of years and then disappear again.
I'm with Pat, if your derm isn't taking this seriously and it is really bothering you, get a second opinion. Good luck.

Hi tickytoo - It's unfortunate that your dermatologist isn't assisting you in identifying and treating the itchy white pimples. You may want to consider seeing another dermatologist for a second option, and to be treated. It sounds like you have some type of dermatitis. We have quite a bit of information on the site about this condition. The most commonly know example is poison ivy, but this can also be caused by reactions to other items such as certain flowers, grasses, herbs, chemical detergents or cleaning, some fabrics, fruits or vegetables. You will find more information here: https://www.empowher.com/allergies/content/common-skin-conditions-caused-immune-system
Hope this helps! Pat
