Welcome to EmpowHER, Spotting can be due to many things, such as PMS right before your period can be normal. Ovarian cysts, endometriosis, fibroids, pregnancy and many other conditions and reasons can be the cause. You will need to continue monitoring it and perhaps see your gynecologist to discuss what you are experiencing if you do continue spotting. Vaginal bleeding that's not your regular menstrual cycle is not normal. Hope this was helpful?
