I had sex on 14 and take pill with in 4hrs. Normally my period is on 20 and today is 23 and white water substance is coming with itching. Now I want to know that I am safe or pregnant. Please help me out for this.

An emergency contraceptive pill prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation. If your period was due to start on October 20, when you had sex on October 14, ovulation already happened.
In our bodies, progesterone is a hormone, that when levels drop, your period starts. An ECP contains a high dose of a made in the laboratory form of progesterone. So, taking the pill just six days before your period was due, increased the levels and could be the reason your period is late.
Wait, and if you do not have any bleeding within three weeks of taking the pill, test for pregnancy.
Is this white discharge thick, like cottage cheese? If so and you are having itching, this may be a yeast infection.
