I took my birth control pill 18 hours late and accidentally took the next pill 6 hours so early thinking i missed two pills.what should i do next?

If you missed one pill: Take it as soon as you remember (which you did, even though you thought you missed two). Take your next pill at the regular time (you took it early). Taking your next day's pill as scheduled should get you back on track.

If you had realized when taking your pill that you skipped one: Take the pill you skipped and the new one together. It would be OK to take two pills at once.
If you ever miss two pills: Take two pills each day for the next two days, and then go back to one pill each day at your usual time. In this case, you could get pregnant if you have unprotected sex for the next seven days, so make sure to use a backup method.
