And now that we got back from the trip, we tried having sex but i'm dry. should i be concerned? i know i can use lube to help. but i just want to know why this is happening...

does dryness happen when you become pregnant?

When you're pregnant you can either experience dryness or excessive lubrication. However, neither is a symptom which is specific to pregnancy.

Hi nessa,

It's not uncommon to experience vaginal dryness every now and again. As a matter of fact, most women aren't wet all the time. Keep in mind that being wet can be when you're most fertile, sexually aroused, etc. If you just had sex for a week straight, then I could see why your body may be needing a break in the lubrication department. If it persists for the next few months then you should call your doctor and take it from there.

Good Luck,

Rosa
