Men commonly have erections while they are sleeping, or upon waking, and this is a completely involuntary response. They may be having an erotic dream, it may be an exciting dream without sex..or it could be a response to a full bladder. This is normal and nothing to be suspicious about.

What concerns me is that you talk with him about a issue, and he shouts. Are you two able to seek counseling to work on communication issues?

I'm sorry that you believe your fiance is having an affair. It also sounds like not only you have lost trust in him, but you are concerned with him "pleasuring himself" and not sleeping...I'm not sure I understand this completely. (Is this a daily/nightly occurrence that he is masturbating, why are you struggling to try to get your fiance to sleep?).

Have you spoken with him about your concerns? Do you have specific behaviors that you have observed that trouble you, either connected with him (allegedly) cheating on you, or why you two no longer have sex (or are intimate?). Is he equally concerned about the lack of intimacy between the two of you?
