Hello SallyLu,
Missing a pill while having unprotected sex can increase chances of pregnancy. But for now, you need to start where you left off with the pills. Do not double up. After finishing the pack, if you missed your period entirely then you can take a pregnancy test. If your period comes but is slightly disrupted it is more likely due to the missed pill and not pregnancy.
