I'm taking Diane-35 pills. I finished my 21 days pack 2 days ago and continue taking another pack not knowing that I have 7 days break or off taking it. So I took 23 pills in total right now. Should I stop taking it tomorrow? When can I start w/ new pack?

I would stop and finish out the 7-day break as usual. Then start again at the given time, but you should double check this with your pharmacist. The worry is typically missing a dose. Which you haven't.
