Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

Maybe the pills only work for whoever they want too. I haven't tried them but I want to wait to see if there are many positive results from the pills before I purchase them, they are high in price where I'm living.

I am a fan of Jillian Michaels, but not her pills. The detox & cleanse contain uva ursi which has been shown to cause liver damage & since the box does not indicate how much is contained in the pills, there is no way of knowing if the amount is great enough to cause such damage. As for the Quickstart, the "fruit extracts" include bitter orange which has the same components as ephedrine, which does cause elevated blood pressure & can lead to stroke or heart attack.

I have been working out everyday since 01/19/10 and I have lost 17lbs in 16 days. I started out at 209 and I am now at 192 (I am training for the Army) I have been walking on the treadmill for an hour (and now incorporating running in my walking as well to train for my mile run) and doing the eliptical for 30 minutes and then sitting in a sauna for 30 minutes everyday(well, 3 days off due to a death in the family) and watching my calorie intake, no cokes, and only water( more than 10glasses a day) or powerade. I started taking the pills 3 days ago and noticed a 4lb drop in my weight since taking them. I do know this I sleep better everyday now (a very deep sleep) and when I wake up, I am half way asleep then I take the pills and it wakes me up without having to drink a caffeinated soda or something. I would recommend this product, but as with any other supplement, it does say "use in conjunction with a diet and exercise program".....What you put in any exercise or weight loss is what you get out of it. I make my workout an everyday priority. It has to be consistent. To see any changes, you do have to incorporate exercise in your everyday life.

You're waking up after taking them because they have caffeine in them. It's good that you stopped your other caffeine intake, but you've just replaced it with the pills.

I don't know about the pills mentioned here, but I've had success with Solo Slim, Extra Strength which I buy thru Apple Health Store on the net (877-3179276)... they're about $50/30 pills... I can only speak for myself here, and I'm only about 15 lbs. heavier than I'd like to be. My husband heard about them from someone in his doctor's waiting room, and he ordered them. He's quite overweight but didn't take them for long because of the cost.... I'm paying for mine. I researched the ingredients and found nothing I'd consider bad. I've been on them for about 4 mo., 1/daily and I have very little hunger. But again, I'm speaking just for myself.
