Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

I have tried many different diet aids in my life and have never had any problems. I was really excited about the Jillian Michaels quickstart detox because i am a big fan! So i bought the box set, and started with the detox pills as instructed. I ate a very well balanced meal and exercised for 45-75 minutes a day and never lost a pound. I actually had to rush to my doctors office after a week and a half because it caused me to have extrememly severe headaches, nausea, and dizziness. Never had a problem before from a weight loss suplement and was very dissapointed!!

I have tried the detox and the rapid weight lost pills the detox is like no other not harsh that you have to stay home while on it like others its way gentle on your system and it's easy. The weight loss pills are great you don't feel shaky or super hyper like some diet pills cause I am finishing my first bottle and have already lost 15 lbs without really working out hard core just watch your calories and drink plenty of water and in a month lost 15lbs and my doctor was impressed by them and their results

I just won't take anything pill-wise.... I think losing weight is by eating correctly and exercise. ... stop selling drugs that may be harmful to your body. I am very suprised Jillian would do this... I lost just a tad of respect for her. No thanks.

I have started Jillian;s making the cut diet and work out plan. I have 20 very hard pounds to lose after the birth of my son. I have been on it a week and though I followed it to a t I have not lost a ounce. I am a little confused after calculating my bmr I should eat 1387 calories per day, but not sure if I should increase that after one of her kick butt workouts? Please help

It makes me disappointed that she would promote pills in any way. We all know that that's not the proper way to lose weight. NO way am I buying her product.

I just starting taking these and found out they have bitter orange extract in them. Here is what I found out about that ingredient

"The extract of bitter orange (and bitter orange peel) has been used in dietary supplements as an aid to fat loss and as an appetite suppressant, although in traditional Chinese medicine it is always prescribed in concert with other support herbs, not in isolation. Bitter orange contains synephrine, a substance similar to ephedrine, which acts on the α1 adrenergic receptor to constrict blood vessels and increase blood pressure and heart rate.[5][6]
Following bans on the herbal stimulant ephedra in the U.S., Canada, and elsewhere, bitter orange has been substituted into "ephedra-free" herbal weight-loss products by dietary supplement manufacturers.[2] While bitter orange has not undergone formal safety testing, it can cause the same spectrum of adverse events as ephedra.[7] Case reports have linked bitter orange supplements to strokes,[8][9] angina,[10] and ischemic colitis.[11]
The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine found that "there is currently little evidence that bitter orange is safer to use than ephedra."[4] There is no evidence that bitter orange is effective in promoting weight loss.[3]"

I'm not sure now if I'll continue using these. I'm pretty surprised about this ingredient after hearing her say how natural and safe this line was.

I attempted the 14 day cleanse - the first week of probiotics had me running to the bathroom - felt like taking a laxative every morning. i tried the Fat Burner today, as it is my 8th day. One dose of what is basically pure caffeine and I was a jittery, heart palpitating, cold sweat of a mess. Never again. If it sounds too good to be true, it is!! I have lost major respect for Jilian Michaels

Thank you for sharing; I am sorry you had a difficult time with these diet pills, and your story will help other women.

I think you got to the bottom of why diet pills are problematic. In order for the pills to work, they would need to cause some changes in the body, right? Those changes are unpleasant (laxative-effect, followed by the stimulant-effect), and how most diet pills "work". Even with these side effects, the weight loss is usually too minimal and/or not sustainable to make it worth it (not to mention, it can cause harm).

Would you like some information, support or resources to help you with your weight loss goals?

to frustrated...you are not eating enough!! i know it sounds crazy, but you need calories to burn calories. you are most likely not even eating enough to cover your bmr, so your body is going into starvation mode and saving the fat for really dire conditions. try upping your calories a little and you should see results
