Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

I'm a 23 year old female that is overweight..I been trying to lose weight but nothing ever helped me..I went in walmart and saw jillian michael's maximum strenght fat burner diet pills and tried them out and right now I weigh 297 which is still big but I was 305 but thats not the suprising part..I started using these pills sunday...today is wednesday..8lbs in 3 days..I kid you not..I dance and do crunches when I get off of work, eat a salad and a special k bar or even an apple followed by a bottle of water after taking my second dose of the pills and I feel like I done ate a steak and potatoe meal lol seriously. I would reccommend people to try them because so far I'm loving how its working.

The pills do not work. I work out daily and eat right. The pills have not helped speed up the process and they have NOT helped with my energy level.

Thank you for sharing! Have you found that working out daily and eating right have helped? Can you share with us more about what type of "working out" you do, and what "eating right" specifically entails for you?

I'm glad you are going the healthy route, even if it takes longer to achieve your desired weight loss and fitness goals.

Starvation mode is a myth. You will slow weight loss but if you are truly consuming and burning less than your body needs you should be losing weight, although it is unhealthy. If you starve yourself of calories you will lose weight, the end. Also, your muscles do not get attacked first if you have fat stores, the fat will be gotten first which is why they are called fat stores!!! Notice when celebrities severly restrict their calories, they look anorexic. Also, case in point, countries with low calorie intake because of lack of nutrition, and I hate to use this, concentration camps, notice their bodies did not hold on to weight when they went into starvation mode. However, your body will start using muscle once the fat is pretty depleted. Also, if you are not getting the nutrition your body needs you will start to lose hair, brittle nails, low energy, etc. You may be eating a lot of carbs and sugar which may be why your slow to lose because these in excess will keep your body hanging on to fat. If you are having a difficult time losing weight and are exercising and restricting calories, something is amiss. You may have a food allergy, hormonal imbalance or a sugar problem. For example, people who have gluten allergies often lose a lot of weight when they go gluten free. I know a person who lost 150 pounds after they found out they had a gluten allergy.

I have been struggling with my weight for some time now. Let's face it life thows us curve balls we aren't prepared for. Sometimes eating is the only thing some of us know how to do. I've been as small as a size 3 and as large as a size 18 currently. Most of my life has been spent on a diet and working out all the time. I finally gave up a few years ago and now being fat is what I have gotten in return. I've realized that my weight is beyond frustrating and unhealthy. So I have decided it's time to get extra help some how and make a change.

I've purchased the Maximum Strength Fat Burner by Jillian Michaels. Tomorrow will make two weeks that I have been taking them. Honestly, I can say I'm surprised that I did actually see my numbers going down on the scale insteading of going up. Finally! I lost 4 pounds my first week and 2 pounds the second. I have made a total life change in my eating habbits. I've been buying very healty foods from whole foods and walking. Not everyday but walking is a help. I do notice that I eat less which is amazing. I'm also drinking more water. I think I'm going to give the pills another two weeks. I'm going to buy my second bottle tomorrow to continue. The side effects: I've gotten faint twice and seen spots bright spots once. I'm not sure that I can say it's from the medication or not. Since I have gone on a strict diet, drinking only water and milk for liquids and have given up drinking coffee everyday maybe my sugar count was low. I'm really not sure but since then it has not happened again.

My first day I took one pill before breakfast and one before lunch. The second day and through the 2 weeks I took two with lot's of water. I think it's a bit high in price but I do think it's worth another 2 weeks if I can continue to loose weight. I will report back again and share my next two weeks. Good Luck to everyone!! I hope my next 2 weeks continue to drop numbers on the scale because I'm more determined now in my life than ever before!

I have been taking the fat burners and they have really helped me. Haven't felt as hungry and have lost 5lbs in two weeks. Also, Jillian personally takes then and has anyone noticed how skinny she has been looking these days?

It's Dee again, **************************************************
well i started my JM pills last week and i weighed in this morning and the scale did not budge, mostly my fault, the first day i olny took the two in the morning and friday the same but on the other days i did ok, but unfortunelty i ate really really bad, i didn't watch my portion size and olny went to the gym 3 times for about 30 mintues, but the fact that iate really really bad and didn't gain was enough for me to try it for the second week, although i will incorporate more excercise and sensible eating this week.
here is the plan , excercise 5 days, cardio for 30 mintues and weight lifting on alternate days. the problem for me is not excercising but more so the food. I will log in next week and update on the status.
