Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

the ones that I got did not work for me. It is really disappointing. A waste of money. I got the ones that was suppose to do the calorie counting for you. Ha, ha, that is a joke. good luck!!

Sometimes I think we women are the most retarded things on earth. Why do we continue to look to things like this for the magic cure for being overweight when we know that the only way to lose weight is to eat less and move more?

Between snake oil lose weight schemes and stiletto heels I really despair.

I feel like I have wasted my money on the pills. I did not loose any weight at all. I did exactly what I was suppose to do. A WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Hi all, My name is Dee, and i am going to start taking the JM fat burners tommorow. I am 4'11 and weight 132lbs at my height i should be like 115, so my goal is 15lbs in the next 3 months. I've lost 20lbs but like many others i seem to have hit a Plateau, but lately i have not been really watching my eating either. My plan is to eat 6 times a day and work out at least 4 x a week, which i am doing now. I will log in next sunday and inform you all of the progress!!!

Hi Dee,
Please do let us know how you are doing, both with "watching what you eat", exercising 4x a week, and what you experience with the diet pills...both good and bad.

What type of exercise will you be engaging in each day, and do you have specific classes you are attending, or specific times or "dates" with yourself, so you keep your date with yourself? It helps to have your workout clothes, water bottle, towel..whatever you need...already packed the night before.

How do you plan to "watch what you eat"?

Best of luck, and we look forward to hearing your progress towards a happier, healthier and more energetic you!

I just got the pills yesterday, this is my first time taking a diet supplement. I weight 138 lbs and am looking to lose 10-12 lbs. I bought a weeks worth of the detox and cleanse, a weeks worth of the probiotics, and 3 weeks worth of the fats burner. I exercise 6 days a week. I will let you know how it goes...

I'm trying the Calorie Control today. I'm using these pills as a supplement, a catalyst to good diet and exercise. The 30$ investment helps me get on track. I work out regularly and I must say if your over 30 you absolutely must add weight resistance. You can cardio your little heart out 7 days a week but if your not building muscle, your not building a foundation to help your metabolism and long-term goals. Try a power pump class at the YMCA...it's awesome and I always lose when taking this class regularly, 2-3 times a week plus it makes my butt look good! I'm going to lose 20 pounds.
