Missed birth control now I'm spotting dark blood weeks after the missed pills but still taking the birth control

So I missed 2 days of birth control and now I'm spotting dark blood does for the past week, does that mean I messed up my schedule ? Or is it a sign of pregnancy ? I haven't gotten my period yet and I'm still taking the birth control.

The spotting is likely from the missed pills. When you miss your pill (s) you should take them as soon as you remember. Even if you have to double up. If your period does not come within a week of its expected time, test for pregnancy for peace of mind. In the meantime, keep taking your pills as usual unless your doctor says otherwise.
