my last period finished on the 9th of sept .. i then had unprotected sex with my partner on the 10th of sept.. however i took the morning after pill straight away to be safe.. a week later i experienced bleeding for only ONE day.. since then i have not had my period, but i have been experiencing nausea, headaches, dizzyness, stomach cramps and aches and pains all over my body. I was supposed to start my period on or around the 4-5th of oct however its not here and i am very worried.. my partner and i have broken up since than so i hope it is due to stress levels.. should i take a pregnancy test? i really don't know what to do.
i would be very grateful if anyone can shed any light on my situation as i am only 19, & will have to have an abortion if i am pregnant..

If I understand your question correctly, you had unprotected sex on September 10th, and took emergency contraception immediately afterwards. This is great, as emergency contraception can prevent an unwanted pregnancy with effectiveness around 70-80%. Those are great odds.
It makes sense you would have irregular bleeding, as "EC" contains more hormones than your typical birth control pill (and, it does not sound like you are using any type of hormonal contraceptive), which can cause some "breakthrough bleeding". (Breakthrough bleeding is menstrual bleeding that occurs in-between your menstrual period).
Since you are late for your period by 7 or more days, a home pregnancy test would be a good option for you, as they are about 99% effective at detecting any "pregnancy hormone" once you have missed a period.
Please take a home pregnancy test, follow the directions, and let us know what the results are...we can help you either way (if it's positive or negative). There are some great birth control options for you to consider, since you are 19 and sexually active. Hope to hear back from you soon!

Thank you for tha response.. i am relieved to say that i got my period this morning.! iv never been so excited to have my period before haha.. But thank you for tha advice.. It has helped me alot. I hope that this wont happen again.!
