Missed period for two months, now going into 3 months

So I haven't had my period since March, we are now in June. I've taken quite a few pregnancy tests, and they've all came back negative. My uterus cramps sometimes but I never get my period. I feel bloated and tired all the time. My tummy sticks out and I look pregnant but I know that I'm not. What could be going on? And should I worry?

Dear BettyFlork

Thank you for your message.

There is no way we can know what is causing this. You need a doctor to find out why your periods have stopped, especially when your pregnancy tests are yielding negative results. It could be a hormonal imbalance. Your doctor can diagnose this if so.
