My ex boyfriend and I had sex 3 times last month then we had sex a few days before my period and now I'm 6 days late. Should I be worry?

Any time you have unprotected intercourse you have a very high chance of getting pregnant.  A missed period is the first sign of pregnancy.  The best thing to do is wait.  If your period does not come at all, take a pregnancy test.
