My girlfriend used the two tablets of postinor2 dose once 10hours after our unprotected sex on 26 of march. She saw her period as expected on 6th of April but it was only for 2 days against usual 5 days. Can she be pregnant?

It's a good sign that your girlfriend's menstrual cycle did come, but because it wasn't the normal 5 days, I would suggest she speak with her doctor.
