Hi! I would just like to know if it is safe to take birth control pills even if I am not sexually active? I only have sexual contact like two or three times in a month and I dont trust condom that much. I also dont like to take emergency contraception every after intercourse so I was thinking If I can go for birth control pills even if its seldom that I have sex. I am 34 years old. Which is better, the combined or the progestine only? Thank you
