I took both pills in one dosage, is this dangerous or less effective? Also, what are the usual side effects after taking the pills and how soon after? I took the pills about a 17 days ago and now I'm spotting ( not heavy but blood is present). Could this be a side effect?

Postinor 2 is most effective if taken within the recommended time. The only way to know if it was effective in preventing pregnancy is to wait and see if your girlfriend has vaginal bleeding within three weeks of taking the pills. If not, then she should test for pregnancy.
Even when taken within the recommended time. Postinor 2 is not 100% effective. Having unprotected sex when she was ovulating would increase her risk.
I think you are looking for a more definitive answer, but I cannot give you one.

What is the normal length of your menstrual cycle? Some women have a 28 day cycle while others may normally have a 32 day cycle.
Have you taken Postinor 2 since your period of September?

Yes, you would need to take Positnor 2 or any other emergency contraceptive pill again, because this type of pill does not prevent nor protect you against pregnancy for any length of time, especially not three months.
I must stress that an emergency contraceptive is indicated only for emergency use. It is not intended as a form of birth control and should not be used as such.
Since you are sexually active, if you do not want to become pregnant, you must use some type of birth control, either the pill, the patch, the injection, or condoms consistently.

I had contact with his penis on the 10th day after start of my periods. I took Poster 2 about 4 hours later in a single dose (both tablets at once). 14 days later (when I normally expected my period) I got a dark coloured vaginal discharge. This happened for 3 days but it was not really blood but thick discharge like when i'm ovulating but its colour was like very dark and happened in intervals during the 3 three days then it stopped. It is now the 29th day since the start of my last period and I haven't got real periods. Should I be concerned that I might be pregnant?

Hi. I would like to ask. My girlfriend had her period on 2nd sept and on the 7th sept i rubbed my penis at her genital? She took postinor 2 45 hours later. Today the 15th sept she is having vaginal bleeding. Will she get pregnant and is this vaginal bleeding consider as her period?? When should she expect her next period? Hi .. I hope u can help ... I had sex on the 4th of Sept .. Tht evening I saw my period .. Peiod lasted 5days on the 9th I had sex he ejaculated in me and I took two tablets of Postinor .. The next day we had sex again .. He ejaculated in me .. But I dint take any more tabs .. On the 13th I started seeing blood till now which is 14th ... Do I need to see a doctor Am I ok? Is it normal?
