Since you have not had any vaginal bleeding in the last three or four weeks. it is time to take a home pregnancy test.

For the most accurate result, purchase a name brand early response pregnancy test; check the expiration date; read and follow the directions carefully; most important - test in the morning. As soon as you wake up, test using the first urine of the day.
