Possible pregnancy or still Plan B symptoms?

Here's the main important dates and info:
-Last period week of Feb 14th ( I KNOW I was on it on Valentine's Day) but can't remember exactly what day it started or ended.
-Sex on Feb 26th
-I am on the mini pill but missed one on Feb 27th.
-Realized I had missed pill so I took the missed pill, that day's pill and Plan B because I was scared it was during ovulation.

-Started spotting brown and some red and kept either spotting or having a very light period March 11th- March 16th.

I've taken 5 pregnancy test including one this morning. All are negative but I'm feeling a little nauseous and am having some heartburn and constantly empty stomach feeling. Maybe urinating a little more? But that could also be because I'm constantly hoping to see more period like blood because I'm not sure if the other counted as a period since it was insanely light even though it came at the right time.....

Does this sound like pregnancy or could this still be symptoms of the massive hormone dose from Plan B? I thought a pregnancy test should show positive by now if I'm actually pregnant?

Hello Kmomof1,

Welcome again to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to us for help.

I do not think you are pregnant. I think the spotting was triggered by taking Plan B.
To be safe, call your gynecologist and report what has happened.

Regards,
Maryann
