Mrs. Susan,
My boyfriend and I had sex this past weekend, usually he has precM in the condom. After having sex twice, the last time he took the condom off there was no precM in the condom. Could the precM be in me? Also, he did not ejaculate. We blew up all condoms and filled them with water and all of them were good, there were no holes in them.

Hi, Genesis2017
Thank you for reaching out to EmpowHER.
Pre-ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If a man had a prior yet recent ejaculation, sperm might remain in the urethra - the tube through which urine and semen pass. Once he urinated, any remaining sperm would be flushed out. From what you say, your boyfriend never ejaculated and the condom(s) were intact, so you shouldn't worry that you might be pregnant from this scenario.

Mrs. Helena,
Even if my boyfriend did ejaculate, would I still get pregnant even if all the fluid stayed in the condom? We checked and there were no holes in the condom.

Hi.
As long as the ejaculate stays in the condom, you are safe. If there is a break or leak, then there would some risk. Condoms are a very effective if used correctly.
Take care,
Helena
