She is 14 years old,will be 15 on 6th September-Her period is late for like 2 months,and yesterday-Sunday on 7/20/2015,she gave me a handjob-then I came all over myself and her hand,she rubbed it against some material,like she said and after she stuck her finger inside,she is virgin.I am concerned about her of getting pregnant,is it possible ?

If she removed all of the semen from her hands by using a towel, then there was no risk that any remained on her fingers. At such a young age, her menstrual cycles are still irregular and most likely she was not ovulating at this time.
Please take into consideration that she is still very young, a minor actually, when engaging in any further sexual activity.
