I can't believe I'm asking this but I'm starting to freak out a little bit.
A few days after my period ended, my boyfriend and I were "messing around." He put his bare penis up to my bare vagina and started rubbing before I told him to stop and put on a condom. (I'm not on any other form of birth control right now.) No ejaculation and no penetration, just possible precm on my vagina.
I didn't think anything of it at the time, but now my period is a few days late - I've had some weird light brown spotting with period-esque cramps, but no period. My breasts are tender and look a little bigger to me, and my skin has absolutely exploded with acne (although that is not unusual for me). I'm kind of freaking out.
I took a sensitive early test the day my period should have come, and it was negative, but still no period. A pregnancy would be absolutely devastating, especially without intercourse - I'm not even sure my boyfriend would believe me. :(
I should mention that I recently stopped taking the Pill because it was making me super depressed and physically ill. I was told to expect some cycle weirdness after stopping, but I'd gone through two full cycles and my period seemed perfectly normal.
Am I making myself nuts or is there a real risk here?

Hi. The first day of my last period was on April 18th, and that was a 36-day cycle. I usually have irregular cycles ranging from 28 to 36 days.
On May 5th, my boyfriend ejaculated from a blowjob I gave him, and then I continued to give him a blowjob. Then, he washed his penis with tap water. Right after that, he rubbed his penis against my vagina. No penetration. I'm not sure if there was pre-cum. Could there have been pre-cum after ejaculation? Can I get pregnant due to this situation?
Now it's May 16th, I haven't had my period yet but I have breast tenderness and abdominal&vaginal cramping.

If there was no urination after ejaculation then there may be some very small risk. You didn't engage in safe sexual activities. However, your risk is low and it sounds like your symptoms are PMS meaning your period is on it's way.

Hey i need help. Me and my gf rubbed at eachother's private, and there's no penetration, we've done that after 5 days of her period.. then after a week, she experienced, nausea, backpain, exhausted, dizzyness.. she told me.. so i spend soo muchh time reading internet experiences about this topic while we're waiting on her next period.. then she missed her first day of period, today is the 2nd day still none.
