pregnant from fingering 4 hours after ejaculation

a couple days ago my girlfriend and i were messing around i went down to her vagina and just rubbed it i never fingered her. I ejaculated earlier in the day about 4 or 5 hours beforehand is there any risk of her being pregnant or am i just psyching myself out, i know that sperm dries up outside of the body pretty quick but things can happen. this happened the day before she was supposed to start ovulating

what if there was sperm on my underwear from the ejaculation an i touched my underwear before i rubbed her vagina would that sperm be dead to?
