I have been diagnosed at CIN3 and will be having the LEEP procedure in December.
In the mean time I have concerns about it is for my husband I to be having sex. Is it safe to be sexually active? I don't want to make matters with these ugly cells on my cervix.

Thank you for replying.
Sorry if my message came across multiple times. All I kept getting was error messages and I finally gave up trying to post my question and left the site. I didn't realize the site actually posted my question.

Part of the reason I asked about intercourse is because I am married and wasn't sure if it would be an issue....and any time I call the doctors office it's a case of leave a message and wait for a call back which usually results in phone tag.
I will check out the link you sent me.

Thank you

The internet can be a bit wonky at times! That could explain the error message.
Good luck with the procedure. Be well.

Hello again,

I did reply to you earlier:

If you engage in intercourse, I would advise using protection. However, a call to your doctor would be advised. I hope your procedure goes well. Below is a link about LEEP if you'd like to find more information.
