my last period started Feb 24th it lasted longer than normal about 7 days, i spotted for 2 days 2 weeks after my period started around the time I was due again I started spotting on March 29 again bright pink in color but could only see it when i wiped and a little here and there in pad. still spotting now with mild cramps, sore breast, bloated and back aches and no blood during sex. Should I be worried?

I took a test today but it came out weird thought it was negative but when i looked at it again only half of the positive showed it was full horizontally and only half way up vertically if u get what i'm saying.I'm going to make an appointment next week if i continue to spot throughout the weekend.
