Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
When taking monthly birth control pills, you need to take them within the same 2-3 hours window every day. For example if you take one at 9am, then the next day take it at 11am, it is just fine.
However, to get optimal protection it is best to take it at the same time every day.
Below I have pasted a link where you can read more about birth control and how it works.
