Q:

Trouble having an orgasm

I am a post menopausal woman; had a hysterectomy when I was 40. Slowly over the years, my sex drive has decreased. I am now having sex with a new partner and have such a difficult reaching orgasm, if at all. Is there a herbal remedy that could improve this? I've tried Ginko Biloba, but didn't help at all. I'm on natural hormone replacement both transdermal and vaginal. Sex feels good, but I just can't reach the top of the mountain!

Thank you! At least it's a start. Any other suggestions are welcome!
