So, my gf and I made out two days back(friday). I think I fingered her too rough and she was quite dry too. She bled a little after the session. And two days after which is today(sunday) her panty liner was full of blood. She is freaking worry right now. Her period was finished a week ago. What is possibly happening ? *had sex 4 months back(i know sounds stupid) until now we only engage to foreplay. Please answer

Hello jandas,

Thank you for sharing your question.  I'd love to give you some helpful information on the matter.

The foreplay you did on Friday is not the reason she starting bleeding on Sunday.  Bleeding between periods is not dangerous, however it is not normal and is usually due to stress, or hormonal imbalances.

If she experiencing only some light bleeding for a day or two then you can assume her period will return to normal soon.  However if the bleeding continues is for longer than 2 days, or is heavy she should see a doctor.

In order to regulate periods, the most common and easy solution is to take birth control pills.  These pills give her the proper hormones she needs to have a regular period.

Let us know if you have any more questions.

actually she have been bleeding after the session but it was light. Just yesterday(sunday) was a bit heavy. It is definitely not period as she has finished it a week ago. Do I still need to worry if she is not bleeding anymore?

There is no need to worry since it stopped.  Bleeding between periods is usually due to hormonal imbalance and the body finds a way to regulate it once again that is why the bleeding stopped on its own.
