I had sex Thursday night and took my pill normal that Friday. But I stayed the night at a friends house and forgot them. I couldn't get them back until Tuesday, so I missed my pills for three days. Last night I got them back and took my Tuesday pill. I've also been spotting the last couple days.

Missing 1 birth control pill anytime during the month and engaging in sex can and will certainly increase your risk for pregnancy, so missing 3 increases it even more. To what extent your risk is I can't say.
Either take a home pregnancy test or have one administered by a medical professional. If the test is positve, stop taking the pill.
As for the spotting, anytime you miss a pill, that is a normal symptom that occurs.
