Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Many conditions can be the cause of your symptoms. Such as ovarian cysts, endometriosis, an infection, hormonal changes and many other. You will need to see an OBGYN and have imaging testing done to know what can be causing these symptoms. Hope this was helpful?
