Norlevo is an emergency contraceptive that contains 1.5 mg levonorgestrel. It should be taken within 72 hours after an unprotected sexual intercourse or in case of failure of a contraceptive method.
You have listed possible adverse reactions that can be experienced. The effectiveness of the pill is not determined by having any of these things.
You will know the pill worked to prevent pregnancy once you have vaginal bleeding. If you do not have any vaginal bleeding within three weeks of taking the pill, test for pregnancy.

thanks but the pill its drink for safe not because i left pregnant my partner i mean she drink the pill more for protect understanding that part thats why the reasons i ask for the pilule what if the girl its not pregnant and drink for safe the pill

Norlevo is not an oral contraceptive that is taken regularly to prevent pregnancy. It is an emergency contraceptive that is taken following unprotected intercourse or contraceptive failure.

Hello diti,
You will know if the pill worked and she is not pregnant when she gets her period. Vaginal bleeding is the only effect that counts.
