I know that there are all types of birth control on the market right now; there is the traditional pill, ring you can insert, a shot, and I just heard about how can implant a type of birth control into your arm. I have taken the pill before and it has worked for me but I am not sure if it’s the best option. I don’t want to gain weight or experience any crazy hormone changes.

Most birth control solutions come with side effects, so I'm not sure you will find one that meets all of your criteria.  I would suggest speaking your doctor to determine what's best for you.
