My boyfriend fingered me on the 25th of May and since I was worried that there was sperm on his hand I took an ecp within 36 hours. I experienced medium to heavy flow after 6 days with cramps for 5 days. Now today I am 4 days late for my period. I took a pregnancy test which was negative. I am also experiencing mood swings, breakouts, food cravings and backache like I always do during PMS but I'm not having any cramps. There has also been mild spotting today. When will my period arrive?

The bleeding after taking the ECP was proof that you did not become pregnant.
Changes to the menstrual cycle are a side effect. Your next period could start earlier or later than expected, usually not by more than five days. Flow can be lighter or heavier than normal.
