My boyfriend and I decided to have sex today. We usually don't use condoms but today we decided to. We use condoms occasionally. When he inserted his penis in me with the condom on it started to burn, and hurt. He looked down and saw that there was blood on the condom and started to freak. It wasn't my period because my period ended 2 days ago , it only lasts 4-5 days. So I went to the bathroom to wipe and clean myself up and the bleeding had stopped. Prior to us having sex, I noticed that I was spotting a little bit. Occasionally when I wiped today it was a really really pale pink. What is going on? Why did I bleed? Now I'm lightly bleeding what's going on

Welcome to EmpowHER. If there was burning and it hurt when you were having intercourse. That might be the cause of the bleeding. Allergies to the condom or latex, not enough lubrication are some of the reasons that might have caused these symptoms. If the bleeding does continues, you might want to see your OBGYN.
