My bf and i were making love and a few seconds before i reached climax my stomach started to really hurt (like i had to pass gas but didnt) and then i got super nauseous and almost threw up. We took a break for about 10 minutes and proceeded again to get the same results. I am just curious as to what is going on and if it serious

If this is a one-time thing, I'd not worry. Excitement can sometimes cause a bit of nausea. It may have been something you ate or you had a full stomach at the time of sex. If this keeps happening, it might be something physical (a certain position or pressure point that triggers it) or psychological.
