It's been a week since my period and I'm still feeling pregnancy symptoms, nausea leg and back pain cramps and now i have many yellow discharge with painful cramps.

These symptoms are not particularly indicative of pregnancy. Anyone can have back and leg pain and nausea. Some women have yellow discharge as the vagina cleans itself. It can turn yellow when it leaves the body and comes in contact with oxygen.
We have explained to you already on other posts that women do not get menstrual periods. As always, a pregnancy test can confirm this for you.

my next period after July 27 should start about yesterday..and now I still dont have my period. I've been having many yellow discharge lately accompanied with cramps breast pain and nausea. Is it possible that im pregnant? Or my period is just simply late?

I don't know. You will need to take a pregnancy test to know if you are pregnant.
