1 Cup Sweetened Almond Milk
1 Cup frozen strawberries
Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired. Serve cold.

4 Cups of ripe strawberries
1 cup plain yogurt

Process on the highest speed until a well-blended puree forms, about 15 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides of the container once or twice.

1 cup frozen unsweetened or fresh strawberries
1 medium banana, sliced (1 cup)
Place all the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Adjust the sweetness according to taste and pour into serving glasses.

2 cups strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup coconut water
1 cup fat free yogurt
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
For a very smooth beverage, strain the mixture, using a wooden spoon to push the drink through. Discard the strawberry seeds.

1 cup sliced strawberries

6-8 ice cubes
Place strawberries, mango, and yogurt in a blender.
Blend on high for 30 seconds.
