Bikini Chef Susan Irby shares the food a woman should incorporate into her diet to maintain and lose weight.

Chef Susan Irby:
For me, and I think for most women in general, really fish, even chicken is great – lean, healthy chicken breasts, turkey, lean turkey breast is great, but for me personally and in my experience, fish is really the best food that you can eat and my favorite food is salmon.

It’s great for your skin. It’s low calorie. It has good fats and oils that I don’t know, whenever I eat salmon I just feel amazing and I feel like I look amazing and just feel better. But even other fish like tuna and halibut – those are all great flavorful fish to eat.

But do that in combination with lean proteins like skinless, you want your chicken breast to be skinless. Boneless, skinless chicken breast, you can get them at any store and they are reasonably priced. So, incorporate that into your diet along with some fish and beef too, I mean some people swear off beef, but I believe in everything in moderation.
