I get really sick to my stomach each time I brush. My teeth are starting to look pretty bad. They hurt too.

Hello Anon, Flouride is a sham. It actually does more damage to your teeth than good. It's been proven that flouride causes discoloring of the teeth weakening of the major joints (i.e. elbows, shoulders, knee's, hips) it dulls your sences and emotions. Also it lowers your IQ over time. My family and I use skip toothpaste altogether. Instead we opt to moisten our tooth brushes and dip the bristles in a small amount of baking soda. It offers the same polishing and cleaning abilities as tooth paste only without the mind dulling effects of flouride. BTW my son and daughter have used this method their entire lives and they have yet to have cavities. Every dental checkup goes great. So no there is no real need for tooth paste there are other options out there. BTW Flouride when swallowed causes severe stomach aches, and for some people they don't even have to swallow the tooth paste...just absorbing the flouride into your gums is enough for some people. I know because I too am one of those people.

Thank you. I thought there was something wrong with me. I've tried every different brand of tooth paste, and I end up vomiting. It's embarrassing. I don't swallow it, it just happens. Hence, my teeth don't get as clean as they should. I'll try your method. I hope it works. Thank you for your input.

I think that mouthwash has alcohol, and I am a recovering alcoholic, so I cannot even think of that option. I will try to use water. Thanks

Hi Anonymous,
Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that you are suffering from the pain you are describing. It is not necessary to use toothpaste to maintain healthy teeth. You could just use water. It is important to remove the plaque from your teeth and it is actually very easy to remove. You do not have to abrasively scrub your teeth as plaque is very soft and will easily rub off.
Do you use a soft toothbrush? As many Dentists confirm, utilizing a soft toothbrush is very important as Medium or Hard toothbrushes are very hard on your gums and will recede your gum lines faster.
Have you ever tried using mouthwash or does that tend to make you sick to your stomach? It may be the minty flavor that you dislike. There are other flavors on the market that you could try.
I hope this helps.
