missed period issue

i know its either irregularity or pregnancy, but i dont know what my missed period is caused.

I never engaged in sexual intercourse, although i admit, my partner and i engage in foreplay like fingering and dry hmping, completely clothed (no slippage, and he does not ejaculate in his pants / shorts)
- in fingering, he never ejaculates on his hands and fingers me. we were never naked during this foreplay, but he does fingers me inside whatever im wearing. (he slips his hands in whatever im wearing). the only thing that troubles me is that WHAT IF he had nconsciously brushed over his somehow damp pants (from the excitement only *precum* since he did not ejaculate)

I am also irregular. (i think, if its true that regular ranges from 28-35 days, but i had mine, 30 - 37 - 44 -37 - 33) <- am i irregular?

i cant recall if i've had missed periods before september, since i wasnt really paying attention to my cycle back then. but i do recall that when i was younger, i did miss periods for months. (im a teen, 18 years old to be precise)

i was also under a lot of stress, experiencing emotional stress too, somehow gets depressed often *not only because of my missed period, some personal problems also*, very often do i lack sleep *maximum sleep is 5 hours*.

what im wondering is that could my period be missing because of these other things + my irregularity (am i?) or could the foreplay we did result to pregnancy (although i think its extremely unlikely because we were really careful and we had been engaging in fingering since september)?

a complete and clear answer would be appreciated so much. :)
*i dont consider taking PT since its really REALLY hard to get PT here, and my partner also doubts that i would get impregnated by our foreplay since he said that he is extremely careful since he also doesnt want me to be pregnant yet and wanted for us to get married first before having a child / engage in sex*
