Am I pregnant and not showing or just really sick

about a month ago, I was having lower back pain. My doctor said I had probably just strained something and he put me on muscle relaxers. from that day on for about 6 days I was so tired I slept over 16 hours each day...I blamed it on the muscle relaxer and decided to quit taking them
Later that night I was talking to my boyfriend and all of a sudden I had to run to bathroom and get sick for over 30th minutes! I was so weak after that I couldnt walk back to bed alone.. my bf had to grab my arm and let me lean on him.

The next morning I woke up and had to throw up again, and then felt better for the rest of that day. Again I blamed it on the muscle relaxer, maybe still wearing off.. But since I had stopped taking it, I figured I would be go away soon.
After being sick that morning I didnt have much of an apetite and I really didnt think anything of it.. Until, the next day. The next day I still didnt have much of an appetite but I forced myself to eat at least a little bit and when I did, It went right through me. The not wanting to eat, and diarrhea continued for a few days and then I woke up one morning and My boobs were rounder, firmer, and heavier than normal, and this has never happened to me.. this continued everyday and I began to wonder if I was maybe pregnant, since me and my bf have been TTC and had sex on all my fertile days.
The day of my period came, and Still no period. So, I took a pregnancy test. It was negative. I was very confused, because I was STILL having no apetite and having diarrhea and the changes in my boobs. I was sure I was pregnant. Three days later I still had all that going on and I hadnt recieved my period, So I went to see my doctor. He gave me a urine pregnancy test and when it came back negative, he said I just had the stomach flu.
Later that night I started my period ( I think) except this time it was a little lighter than usual, Still enough to fill tampons but not near as many as usual. . 2 days later it tapered off to light spotting for a couple days... Another thing I found unusual was instead of blood turning brown at the begining or end.. it was bright red the whole time. Also there were no clots like there usually are.
A couple days after it ended I took 2 of those dollar tests. one in the morning and one at night.. both were negative..
its been another week and my boobs are still swollen and heavy and my nipples have started turning a dark purple around the outside and bright white in the center. Also, Im so bloated I look like Im 6 months pregnant and my ribs feel like theres something pushing up into them
Also, I have started to notice an increase in Vaginal discharge. Its white and not stretchy at all..
Does Anyone know whats going on?
