problem regarding breast pain

i am 23 year old female. i have little pain in breast it is occur any time last 3 year and some day ago first time in self exam i notice a lump in my right under arm. it is not painful. whenever i press that area it is painful. i think lump in under arm is also from 3 year and some dot of readness notice of my right breast between underarm and breast area... so please give me detail is this breast cancer? what is solution of it? it is the dangerous condition? i am worring what is it?
