Why would I have an enlarged lymph node in my breast?

I am a 30 y.o. female with no family history of breast cancer. I found a lump in my right breast a short while ago. Over the next few weeks I had 2 sets of mammograms and an ultrasound done.

The Comfort in Liking Your Doctors

The doctor came to the waiting area following the lumpectomy in my wife’s right breast to tell me what they had found. I was just sure that he was going to tell me, “We removed the entire tumor and there’s nothing more to worry about, so just go and have a nice life.”

Tingling, Sore, Tender Breast. Nipples very sensitive at times. Even wearing a bra is uncomfortable at times. Monthly cycle due this next Sunday March 8th. Have had tender breast a week pryor but never the "tingling" sensation.?

This is just an odd feeling for me. I have always had sore breast pryor but never to the extent of hard to wear a bra. I am concerned if this is something that i should call my ob/gyn about.

Breast Augmentation Via Fat Transfer

Listen up, “the jury’s in!” says the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Liposuctioned fat can be used effectively for breast augmentation. This was the conclusion of a study of 50 patients presented at the annual conference of the ASPS held in Seattle last month.

Tuberous Breasts - To Fix or Not to Fix?

I’ve seen postings recently in a feminist forum about tuberous breasts, and whether one would be justified in having plastic surgery to improve them. The woman who initiated the discussion said she wanted to have the procedure, but felt bad about it. As a feminist, she said she felt “angry” that she was longing for surgery and even that she “wanted to die at the thought.”

Are Breast Implants "Absolutely Safe?"

In 2007, the dollars spent on breast augmentation surgery in the United States was $1.5 billion. By 2012, the numbers are projected to top 2 billion per year. Statistics from The American Society of Plastic Surgeons show that breast augmentation headed the list of surgical procedures in 2008. For those women who have had mastectomies, implants will be presented as a standard part of the recovery process.
