I have scoliosis and TMJ. I have been treated for TMJ by wearing a orthotic device when I go to sleep at night. For pain I take prescription gabapentin and they all help alot. For scoliosis I'm supposed to go to a certain chiropractor for treatment and no insurance covers it and I'm dealing with my insurance company to get coverage.
