I've been having abdominal cramps ! Is this normal I usually don't have cramps before I get my period but like I said I didn't have imtercourse so I'm very confused and scared ! When I think about it i get cramps and when it isn't on my mind I don't have cramps can it jus be bc I'm paranoid

Cramps can happen before a period is due, due to PMS. This is quite normal, even if uncommon for a woman.
