abnormal bleedings

My problems start last May I got long period my menses until two weeks no stop so I went to see doc last June he gives me 20 tabs for stop the bleeding and 10 tabs Iron and do some pelvic exray the results say ...there are small physiological clear cysts arisong from the ovaries
After I taking 20 tabs of meds to stop bleeding June 28 my menses start again then until 5days ...but July my menses no come ang Aug 4 my menses come again and no stop I went to try TMC Chinese Doc then he give me 5days to take powder meds herbal mixed with water take morning and evening so 10sachets. ..after taking that meds next day my menses come back again. ...sso now my problems ..... what should I do ... can help me what to do? Why my period be like this ?????? IM 34 YEARS OLD ONE DAUGHTER 9YEARS OLD

Are you under the care of a gynecologist? If not, please schedule an appointment with one.

I do not know what pills or herbal remedy you have been taking, so I cannot comment on that.

This sounds like menorrhagia. Symptoms of menorrhagia include a menstrual period that lasts longer than seven days and bleeding is so heavy that you must change your tampon or pad more than once per hour.

Causes include a hormonal imbalance, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine fibroids and uterine polyps, ovary dysfunction, and adenomyosis, which happens when glands from the uterine lining embed in uterine muscle.

This condition can cause serious blood loss and lead to iron deficiency anemia.

Anonymous, you need the medical attention of a well trained gynecologist, who can diagnose the cause and treat you properly.
